Thomas Sparrvik is a highly recognized international leader and Entrepreneur and has been a Global CEO for over 20 years. He is an avid philanthropist and is currently CEO of 2 publicly traded companies - www.parpro.com & www.anderson.com.tw, with a combined revenue of $350 Million and 2000+ employees.

Thomas is a guy who’s trying to live the best life possible and full of life & energy. Originally from Sweden, Thomas has spent the majority of his career in a leadership role, starting with the Swedish Army as Captain and drill sergeant, follow by his first CEO position at the ripe old age of 27. He’s passionate about growing companies organically as well as through Strategic acquisitions. His most recent notable achievement includes being instrumental in taking an Embedded Computing Company from $40 Million to $1 Billion, in just 10 years. Spreading his Entrepreneurial wings, Thomas has investments in a number of companies and serves on four different Board of Directors along with being involved in philanthropy with a focus of helping children. Thomas holds an MBA from the Warwick Business School, England; an MSC in Electrical Engineering; and a BA in Electrical Engineering. Thomas is a certified engineer by FEANI, Brussels, is multicultural as well as speaks 4 languages.

Thomas lives with his family in Poway and has an extensive social network in Southern California and was previously the President for Karma San Diego chapter. As a longtime supporter of previous Teddy Ball’s, Thomas is representing himself as a host with his wife Anna alongside.
