Francis Meram is a proven leader with years of experience in the youth sports and the real estate industry. In 2017 after spending 12 years building one of the largest youth sports programs in the country, Francis founded Broadway Salon Studios. The passion to empower beauty professionals to build their own business took on a life of its own at Broadway. Broadway Fast forward five years later....Broadway Salon Studios are now in the process of opening their 7th, 8th and 9th locations in Southern California and Michigan. A Metro-Detroit native, Francis moved to San Diego in 2020 after his sports business National Flag Football was acquired. In addition to running Broadway Salon Studios as its CEO, Francis is the VP of Business Development and Product at RCX Sports. From local leagues to national tournaments, Francis works hand-in-hand with the premier sports brands like the NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL to design and power the best youth sport experiences in the country. Combining the passion for sports, real estate and entrepreneurship pushes Francis to be the best in his industries every day.. On the weekends Francis enjoys spending time with his family, friends and members of Fast Lane Drive, Southern California's exclusive exotic car club.
