Born to a family that fled Iraq and immigrated to the U.S. from Syria through the UN Asylum Program, her journey reflects the American Dream. After learning English in under six months, she excelled in school, earning college credits in high school and graduating Magna Cum Laude from San Diego State University in just three years. She went on to earn her J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2024. Fluent in Arabic and Neo-Aramaic (Chaldean and Assyrian dialects), Milano helps clients overcome language barriers. She started at GLL as a Law Clerk and now serves as an attorney, advocating for clients with empathy and determination. Outside the office, Milano enjoys singing, water activities, fitness, and community volunteering.
