Media Invitation to The Teddy Ball

You have been invited to join our Media List for The Teddy Ball on Saturday, November 30th, 2024. We’re excited to team up with you and want you to have all the necessary information to make it a successful event. Please read below regarding what is needed and will be provided. After submission we will follow up a confirmation email providing a Hit List and Agenda.

As an approved Media partner

You provide:

  • Photography services in-trade for Media Partnership

  • Provide high resolution logo

  • Provide 2 copies of photos via Dropbox or other method:

    • Watermarked Photos – Used for our website and social media – great marketing opportunity for your brand

    • No Watermark – to be used for specific marketing projects (advertisement, etc)

  • Provide edited photos within one-week time

Cruise 4 Kids will:

  • Add logo to Sponsor Page as Media Partner

  • Create custom gallery on Teddy Ball website and Facebook with links to own site

  • Use watermarked photos in galleries on social media and website Sample Link

  • Share watermarked photos with Sponsors to use on their social media

  • Opportunity to participate in future Cruise 4 Kids events

WHEN: Saturday, November 30th, 2024          7:00pm - 1:00am

WHERE: Hyatt Regency La Jolla at Aventine, 3777 La Jolla Village Dr, San Diego, CA 92122

CHECK-IN: 6:00pm – 7:00pm Foyer– Media Table  

  • Suggest arriving at 6:00pm to avoid traffic and easy check-in

  • Attire: Men – Long sleeves collared shirt and slacks (no jeans)

  • Attire: Ladies - Business professional or cocktail attire

  • 1 Media pass per approved name

  • Media pass gives you ALL ACCESS
