Bunny Ball 2024 Volunteer Application

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at The Bunny Ball. Cruise 4 Kids is a 501(c)3 and volunteering for our events can earn you qualified volunteering hours/credit for school or work requirements. Below is a summary of the three shifts available for volunteering for The Bunny Ball. A completion of shift earns the volunteer a complimentary ticket to The Bunny Ball.

Friday, APRIL 19, 2024

SHIFT #1 – SET UP TIME: 9:00am – 5:00pm

  • Load trucks from storage units

  • Help transport equipment to venue

  • Unload trucks

  • Unpack and sort

  • Set up pipe and drape

  • Set up work stations for Saturday

Saturday, april 20, 2024

SHIFT #2 – SET UP TIME: 9:00am – 6:00pm

  • Taping and setting up props

  • Decorating tables with table runners and center pieces

  • Hang banners

  • Raffle Area

  • Registration tables

  • Step & Repeat

SHIFT #3 – EVENT TIME: 7:00pm – 12:00am

  • Registration Table (8-12 persons) – Greet guests, collect tickets, and give wristbands

  • Raffle Ticket Sales (10-12 persons) – Two persons paired selling raffle tickets to guests

  • Bunny Pile – Control bunny pile and keep presentable, help take photos for people

  • Distribute party favors

SHIFT #4 – BREAK DOWN  TIME: 9:00am – 2:00pm (Goal to finish earlier)

  • Break down of boxes

  • Pack decoration and supplies

  • Pack & load bunnies into moving truck
